Lisa Zembrodt

Board Member
Qualifications

MBA, BA International Economics

Lisa joined the Port Phillip Specialist School Foundation in January 2015 and was drawn to the school’s innovative and successful approach for student learning outcomes and is keen for the approach to be rolled out globally.

Motivated to join the school’s Foundation board as her sister in law attended a specialist school, but it was after losing a niece to illness related to disability she became a board member. Of the many successes in funding, she was pleased to attend the opening of the new gym for the students; providing a place to safely use gym equipment and skill up their fitness which they can continue with post graduation.  The joy on the students’ faces lit up the room.

As Principal and Senior Director in the Sustainability Business at Schneider Electric’s Energy and Sustainability Services division in Australia, Lisa and her teams drive value for clients by reducing spend, protecting budgets, improving sustainability and environmental impact, and improving strategic decisions, including renewables investment decisions, so her skills were welcomed at the PPSS Foundation board.

She is a transformational and positive leader, leading ESS Australia through two post-merger integrations and improving employee engagement by >60%. Lisa has led the supply-side operations in Australia through a continued period of rapid growth, and pursues innovative digital improvements.

Lisa speaks regularly at industry conferences, contributes to industry journals and newswires, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Energy Users Association of Australia.
